 This is a 1/2 scale Radio Controlled assembly kit.

 - Length: 400mm
 - The 2WD chassis features a duralumin frame with the motor and battery pack positioned longitudinally and R/C units on either side
 - Duralumin front and under guards provide superb chassis protection
 - Semi-pneumatic rubber Tyres with realistic tread pattern are mounted on 3-piece ABS wheels
 - Rear gearbox is sealed to protect against dirt and debris.  Includes gears to enable 3 different gear ratios 
 - 4-wheel double wishbone suspension is equipped with H arms and adjust able inboard torsion bar springs
 - Scale realistic injection-molded body features cockpit details and a driver figure
 - Comptible with standard straight-type battery packs

In 1977, the XR311 Combat Support Vehicle was released as Tamiya's first suspension equipped buggy.  When it first hit the market, it immediately drew huge amounts of attention with its off-road capability.  While maintaining the basic layout of the oroginal, this re-release version incorporates modern improvements.
